Bed and Breakfast accommodation (including Guesthouse accommodation) was traditionally for hosted accommodation offering one or several rooms with or without an ensuite and a hot breakfast the next morning. In recent years the lines have blurred as many places not offering breakfast or leaving a ingredients for you to cook yourself are calling themselves Bed and Breakfast.

A modern home offering deluxe accommodation. Choice of a Queen room with Queen double bed with ensuite and sea and park views or a King room with King Double bed and ensuite. A Double room with King double bed or King twin beds with a separate private bathroom is also available. All rooms come with a Continental breakfast. A fully cooked a la carte breakfast is available for an extra $10 per person. We are licensed for spirits, beer, wine and softdrinks available.

Robinsons in the City is a unique urban bed and breakfast. We offer 6 intimate (non-smoking) guestrooms each with a separate private or ensuite bathroom. Robinsons is a warm, friendly and personal environment.
The property was Melbourne's earliest commercial bakery (circa 1850) and the large, wood fired, brick bakery ovens are a grand feature of the "Bakehouse" breakfast room. Four of the rooms are in the baker's original home featuring; 12 foot high ceilings, pressed tin ceiling, ornate timber staircase and enchanting furnishings.
